Hello, and welcome to my first build. Please comment rate and etc to help me in future builds, also tell me what you thought of this build.

Well here we go.
Alot of people build Teemo DPS, But I build him AP hybrid.
Q:"Why would you build him AP-Hybrid?"
A:I build Teemo AP-hybrid because of his passives.Also because of the Ratio on his "Q"

Runes I get Flat AP,AP per level , Flat HP Quintessence
Flat AP because you want to do some damage early game
AP per level because you'll get more damage Mid game-Late game
And Flat hp because Teemo is kinda squishy.

Masteries I go 21/0/9
Taking Improved Exhaust and NOT getting the Crit damage Mastery. Why? Because YOUR NOT GOING TO CRIT
In the Utility tree getting Increased buff duration and 2 points into increased EXP gained.

For Summoner Spells I get Exhaust and Ignite

Other summoner spells you can use :

Flash
Teleport
Heal(But I doubt it)

I get Exhaust because of the double blind.but exhaust's effect is 75% instead of ALL
Ignite for a Garrenteed kill

I get Blind DartFirst.
Q:Why not Poison dart?
A:Ok ,... now you poisoned them. Guess what. they ran away woooooooooooooo
Then I get Poison Dart
Level 3 I get 1 point into Move Quick
I max out Poison dart then Blind dart then Move quick
And always rank up your shrooms whenever possible.

I have gotten many questions. So I'll list em.
Q:Whoa Whoa Why Doran's Ring?!?!
A:Take a good guess. (Blind dart-.7 ratio + base damage 80)
Q:WTH WHY DO YOU GET GUNBLADE?
A: Are you serious? It's not like I go PURE AP I depend on my Basic attacks too you know!Oh and the slow is a nice bonus since Teemo only has 1CC that would be a slow.
Q:Ok then why rabadon's?
A:Why not it's late game Once I got it my Blind dart did 500-700 damage.
Q:Lich Bane?
A:Umm MR AP the Proc and the movement speed with your move quick AND you Mobility boots.
Oh by the way sell the Ring later in the game.

In team fights your team will count on you to Blind the Heavy DPS so, Do it Burst them down with Exhaust and Ignite!
