Introduction

Teemo is well known for how much we all hate him, and it is because he is actually stronger than anyone gives him credit to be. This build guides you through the process that I use to bully any melee champion that dares to face me top, even those super tanky champs like Mundo or Shyvana. I hope you enjoy it!

Runes

I use the runes seen here because AD helps with last hit and boosting lvl 1 and 2 harass quite a lot. Hybrid pen helps at all stages of the game by allowing you to deal more damage through defenses. Armor and magic resist allow you to take a little damage back (although if you are fast you may be able to avoid this entirely) and help late game with damage mitigation from your enemy.

Masteries

The masteries that I use here allow huge amount of hybrid damage. I grab all of the AD and AP boosters in the offence tree and attack speed. This allows you get more on hits out and allows you to do massive poke by running in, attacking once, running out. The movespeed also helps this by allowing you to have the speed advantage while kiting.

[Why no Expose Weakness or Blade Weaving?][/h2]
I do not use these because they require spell damage, the only two "spells" that Teemo has are his Q and R, and since his R is not dependable he will be unable to build the stacks necessary for max damage.
