Thank you and have put the Rylai into the build. Still I would have to change my mastery just for that just doesn't seem worth it to me.

Well, there's hardly any explanation at all in the desc..
Anyway; it's the Frozen Mallet. It's not the smartest item to get.. You're a bit too squishy to engage in longer periods of time. So a Rylai's Crystal Scepter should be a better choice.

Btw; there are ways to build teemo to recieve much larger amounts of both hp-reg and mana-reg. But I don't feel like writing a huge comment about it. So you'll have to discover that yourself :P
Hint: it has something to do with strength of spirit.

That's better. But this build still isn't very good.. You should put some more thought into your items.

If so; come back when you know what "primary runes" are..

By switching to cdr glyphs, hp-reg seals and attack speed marks you'll gain +4,41%cdr, +1,44hp/5 and +8,46% attack speed. A BIG difference..

the only thing i might change is blinding dart and toxic shot for the first skill. but it also depends on if you solo mid or lane, if i solo i take the toxic shot if i'm laning i take blinding dart to help with that mini fight in the bushes at the beginning. also teemo would be sick with boots of mobility, and move quick, you could get from one side of the map to the other to help in a team fight hella fast. also after using zhonyas active you'd almost be invisible again, letting you recall to base if need be. good build
