Spells:
Ignite
Flash
Ability Order
Guerrilla Warfare (PASSIVE)
Teemo Passive Ability
Hitting lvl 6.
Go forward and shoot a Blinding dart and maybe one or two autoattacks to harras the opponent.
One you hit lvl 6, start putting mushrooms from Baron and up, this will make you almost ungankable, keep playing defensive.
When you think you got enough mushrooms to be safe, start pushing very hard, this will make the jungler wanna gank you, but he will be unable to gank you since when he first reach your lane he will be really low on health.
Tried this build and this tactic and it is really really awesome! :)
