About the Doran's Blade, 1 doesnt work that well, and 3 takes further investment which could be spent on room for pots and the items that build up to guinsoo's and such.
Im on the side of surprises, so setting up shrooms to scout(you could lure your opponent into them after you gank them anyways) is typically better then scaring them away.
This is quite a solid build, and I agree on almost everything. One of the things I do have to disagree with is the and your description of . I understand you do want to travel quickly with Boots of Swiftness, but Move Quick is good enough to work. I am aware that once you are hit by a champion, it fades away, but all you need is a little boost, and those little seconds of Move Quick will work. When running away from a champion, Move Quick easily throws off people's skill shots. They will predict that you will reach this point at this pace, then you instantly gain some speed out of nowhere! But yes, I do level this last, but it is more helpful and it's not as bad as you explain it (: . For boots, grab Sorceror's Boots. You lose 1 Movement Speed, but you get Magic Penetration for your Blinding Dart, Poison, and shrooms. Since you are going for a hybrid build, it will come in handy also.
Another solid point is your choice of dual Doran's Blade. According to my math, to make the stacking Doran's Blade worth the money, you've got to have 3, or it'll end up being a slight loss. Also, your opinions on shroom placements differ from mine! I believe that shrooms are land mines to make your enemies be afraid to enter a certain area (Jungle, Lanes). Why? Everyone loves a sense of map control, and with a good cover of shrooms, you will be able to see people coming, and you will easily be able to push towers and lanes with ease.
Besides all that, +1.
