+1 I just got away from on-hit Teemo to a more AP Teemo with the discovery of Malady. I also go the Magic pen shoes, deathcap, but I include a Nashors Tooth for AS, Mana regen, and AP, all important for little Teemo, Malady of course, Lichbane for that doubleshot of ouch after the Q, and the Hurricane for a last item to spread the damage around and the 70% AS. Gives an AP of around 430 and a maxed AS. Of course, this is extra squishy. I will try the Rylai's for the health and slow, and with the slow means you have to include the Torment for the added pain.

Nice guide, the layout is nice :) Basicly the same as how i built teemo, but would be beneficial to newer teemo/league players! goodjob!
