This TF build focus's on raw dmg output and incredible team support/ganking.

It requires some practice with timing of the cards, coordination with team mates, and over all map awareness.

Skill wise, just max out stacked first and pick a card second (dont forget destiny :)

IF your NOT solo mid, and your paired with someone in the lane that can actually gank well, get pick a card first and make sure you get BOOTS FIRST with 3 hp pots, hit em w/ a gold card...thats a 100% kill if your teammate isnt a bad.

IF your solo mid and want to be aggressive, get boots and pots first, usually not a good idea cuz your squishy, usually i get vamp cepter first and just try to get every stacked deck (4th throw) at your target to harass, once they're low enough u can gold > flash > kill

IF they have a shaco, make sure u watch mias (there is some weird speed glitch w/ tf where he isnt as fast as it says he is) so he will catch you in mid for a gank, if your not carefull.

Get to 6 asap, get back to base, shop/heal up (sometimes early fort elixir is awsome for the burst) look for a gank (TRY TO HAVE 3 STACKED DECK ready for your gold card/destiny gank) this will boost the dmg of initial throw

the idea is to get to 2.5 attack speed, or as close to it as possible, frankly if you focus on just getn attack speed and on hit effects this is what will happen (asuming your not paired with fail players)

A)Too expensive
B)Not enough dmg until late game
C)PPl will realize what your doing and try to farm you (now if your team sucks, your screwed)

So, with going with this rune book after getin malady,greaves,whisper you'll be at 2.0 attack speed, with stacked deck you should hit 2.2...id say tahts enough.

so now we want dmg.

***ALOT of ppl will argue that getn the sword of divinty a must, and i AGREE .. ONLY if your up against Jax, or other high dodge tanks. then GET IT FIRST otherwise, dont need it. an extra 100 dmg is nice BUT id rather have constant DMG***

***IF YOUR GETN SOD MAKE SURE THAT WHEN YOU BUY IT YOU HAVE NO STACKS ON STACKED DECK that way it will synergyze perfectly.***

this idea also applies to a madreds, if your up against a team with 2 or more tankish players, rush a madreds first, you'll love yourself for it. OR if you get paid from farming easy ganks, get one later.

So heres the plan, as soon as you get the last whisper, start team ganking. get ppl to be aggresive then gate in and finish off or support with stuns, the assist/kill gold will let you rush an IE realy fast.

Late game you'll be hitting so hard, that you can go 2v1 most characters and come out on top...

USE Exhaust often specialy defensivly to get ppl stuck at your tower then gold card them in.

FLASH out of dmg attacks or, when theres those 5v5 annoying tug of wars in mid, get your tank ready, flash in, gold card, then dip out...usually only works in a premade so your tank can be ready to grab off of you.

ive gone several games 10+ kills 3 or less deaths and 6+ assists with this build.

In conclusion, this build is about getn up to a "i attack twice as fast as you" status with a decent amount of DMG as fast as possible and start fueling team ganks asasp. This requires good team work, coordination, and most of all MAP AWARENESS

IF THEY START TO TURTLE dont get brave and gate around alone, DO USE DESTINY to spy on them so your team knows whats going on....

Its usually a good idea to keep blue rune on you for the cd reduction for destiny

BUT DEF KEEP RED UP ON YOU AT ALL TIMES the xtra dmg and slow is crucial

if you actually get to complete this build your gunna hurt ppl so bad. you'll be sittn at about 250 dmg but you'll be hittn incredibly fast, if you really want dmg u can get an early ocult sword and stack up to 400 dmg (yes ive seen it on a tf its scary)
