I think that this build is good because with her, i bet on the first part of the game and if u bet on 2nd ability with damage of tiamtat u will have better damage with ignite and attack speed ( start with 0.870) the little critical chance that u have will help, but if u have a tiamat and combine the 2nd with the 3rd ability passive u have with all this the mid won.
