Draven is the newest champion to join the League. I've been playing him a lot and love him. Have already gotten a penta, and a few quadras with this build, so thought I'd share it. You WILL NOT be able to play Draven, if you CANNOT catch his axes. It is almost all of his damage.

Fun to play

I go with Armor Pen and Attack damage for some earlier-late game damage. Along with MR runes so that I can have a little more sustain vs mages.
Any AD Carry runes would work fine, straight attack damage is fine. AP is a no-go though.

Standard AD carry build, you can use whatever item for your last slot. I would say either a Bloodthirster or another Phantom Dancer
You can also get a Maw of Malmortius (Hexdrinker Upgrade) vs heavy ap team, or go for a Thornmai vs AD team.

tl;dr Last item replaced with a defense item. (Guardian Angel is always a nice item to get)

Flash/Ghost - Musts so that you have an escape( I pref Flash, to get into position )
Ignite/Exhaust - Both equally good, all up to your playstyle
Heal/Cleanse - I prefer heal, as it is becoming a better choice late game with such low hp. Cleanse if the team is CC heavy (Draft or rankeds)

For farming, you're going to want to activate your Q, last hit a minion, go catch it. It makes farming a lot more fun. Also you can pop your W for some speed to catch your Q, as it is reset upon catching your axe.
