On the other side we have Q, when you level it its cooldown does not get lower, the cooldown without cooldown reduction, it stays at approxymately 12 seconds, which is bad. I prefer to max Q because of the damage increase (+25 per level, and then x3 for each use of Broken Wings whereas W only increases by +30 each level.
