This is the oldest trick in the book. baleful strike 1st to last shot minions up until you can buy a teardrop. go back get the drop and continue last shotting with baleful. the stun is to help kill champions coming after you or run away. your primary focus is minions. since the arch angels do 3% of your max mana to AP Each they become huge. This build alone will give 1300 ap plus the ammount of last shotting and champion killing you do with baleful.

Pros:
People say wow at 1300+ AP as you decimate them with meteor
your ult can pretty much own most people ruining their day
Fairly easy solo.

CONS:
Squishy, DO not enter combat unprepared.
You will be the target everytime have zhonyas on hotkey
sometimes enough magic resist is just enough to put you in a bad spot.
late game balefulstrike is your banshee's veil breaker.
