this build is true what it says in the title , this buils work in all the lanes with towers . first i have to say that this build is a combination of the best of 3 others builds , with the core items you can level up fast and die a third part of the deads a teemo has in a normal battle with runes and other things teemo became a machine that can even kill a trindamere with his ultimate attack by yourselfs

start with Doran's Blade and Health Potion , this will gave us life after a champion battle in the one we get with low life and don't need to go to the base , combined with Heal and Recovery it makes a good lige-gaining combination, even if the doran's blade recover 3 poinrs of health it wiil became a good weapon later when teemo get more attack speed.

when we get to the base for first time try to buy Recurve Bow and not Bilgewater Cutlass, to then make it runaan's hurrican and recover more life withe the Doran's Blade.

Then you buy Blade of the Ruined King king and Rabadon's Deathcap and get ap , this make blinding dart and noxious trp hit harder

SEALS :the Seal of Armor will let us resist more and will gaves teemo a better chance of survive or even kill someone

GLYPHS: Greater Glyph of Magic Resist
thes ame goes to the glyphs . teemo has a pretty lame magic resistance , and like we dont have masteries to increase mr we are going to use runes

Marks :teemo has a good starting attack speed but if we have dorans blade we could use it with the Greater Mark of Attack Speed with Doran's Blade life after a hard battle at the early game



Quints : Greater Quintessence of Ability Power

Teemo is an ap character , and the items in this build are centered on attack speed more than ap damage , so we are goin to use the wuints of ability power and the masteries of ap % per level to get a big damage boost on teemo skills

We start Toxic Shot to elimante the minions faster and get level up faster , but not attacking champions , then when we have Blinding Dart is when we satrt attackin our opponents , but dont' chase them they will get below tower and go to base , when we have Move Quick is when we chase them , they are getting advantage at use we use it catch them and get the kill , and get leveling with the other up till we have Noxious Trap and mine all the map, not just the lane because they useful and you need to help your teamates
