Hello!

First Question you have should be : Why AP Volibear when hes an OP Ad Tank?!?!?!
And my Answer is : because he bursts down almost every Midlaner.
If you dont believe me try it! Plus he fits in much Team Comps that other ap Carrys dont.

Pros / Cons

Pros
You are able to pick out 1 Target REALLY fast
Cons
When you stand in the enemys and start your ult you will be focused so be sure that you build a Zhonyas and or have a all in Team.

Farming

When you start your lane be sure to get as many minions as you can in the 1. 2 Waves the wait for the enemy to last hit 1 and engage on level 2. As long as he is feared from you he cant do much against. You will zone him and when you get ganked just q away.

Team Work

He Works well with Yasuos because he just can throw a 100% accurate Target in the Air for him.
If you dont have a Yasuo just pick a all in Team with REALLY much cc if you dont you will die alone.
