Relic Shield and Health Potionx3First item built will be a
Ravenous Hydra followed by a Last Whisper. After building a last whisper you have the choice of upgrading your relic shield or buying a The Brutalizer. The next item you will complete is a Infinity Edge followed by completing a Black Cleaver or a Youmuu's Ghostblade based on your preference. You may build boots at any time in this build. I would suggest building Ninja Tabi or Mercury's Treads. The last item I suggest you should build would be a defense item. You will sell your Relic Shield and buy a Guardian Angel or a Randuin's Omen.
