I love O-H Ori however i would like to toss a few suggestions out. First just like teemo hybrid is rather *bleh* in terms of min/maxing. Could this build be fun sure why not anything done in league is meant to fun.
Second, AP thus Lichbane is far more destructive than trinity force for many reasons. 1 it gives ap, 2 magic damage on hit.
Third Nashor's and clockwork windup both gain 15% of your ap as magic damage so you will want as much of it as possible.
4th Wits end will not reduce enough MR to make this build do any damage what so ever a void staff offers more ap and 36% magic pen and increasing nashor's and CWW magic damage by 12.

So to wrap things up the additional ap from LB and VS gives 48 addition damage to your on hit effects while giving you % pen and giving you the magic version of Tri-Force.

You are minimizing your damage by building runaans hurricane. I'm pretty sure that clockwork windup's damage bonus builds up when you attack the same target repeatedly, so if you are constantly attacking multiple targets it will never build up. I personally haven't played thus build yet, but it's been something that I've been thinking about recently and searched the lol wiki about the runaans interaction. Cool guide though! I love trying off-the-wall strange builds like this one and trying to optimize them to function in the current meta.
