Chapter 1

So, I'm not going to lie...

This is a completely overpowered build and is probably going to get nerfed once I showcase this build.

So... I'm going to start off by saying this build is ****ing ridonkulous.

We'll start off by talking about combo's and the build.

Basically all you want to do in laning phase is just last hit and harass a bit.
If you're laning with a stun you can usually get first blood with a well aimed charge into a wall after their stun.

The real fun starts when you hit level 6 and hopefully you have sheen by now.
Most Poppy's I see today usually blow their ult defensively and use it on a offenseless target such as an Alistar or something.

**** That.

What you do as an AP Poppy is completely DESTROY people.
Since your Q is Percentage based, it completely mind ****s people.

Get to level 16 as fast as possible.
Once level 16 you should have DEATHFIRE GRASP.

This is where you completely blow people up.
Seriously. I'm not joking.

EXPLANATION: Since your ult at level 16 causes you to do 40% Increased damage to the target, your Deathfire Grasp benefits from that increase, causing it to do massive amounts of damage.

THE POPPY MIND**** COMBO:
Here's how you do it. You switch your DEATHFIRE GRASP to your 1 slot. (Just drag and drop it.)
Then after you do that, you find a semi squishy target, basically anyone under 2.5k.
You ult them. (R)
You use DEATHFIRE GRASP. (1)
You charge them, it doesn't even matter if you hit them into a wall. (E)
You Mind**** them. (Q)
They die.

ALSO: Make sure you right click the target before charging them, as your E doesn't make you auto attack the target you charge, thus ****ing your mind ****.

You can do this OVER AND OVER to make teamfights 4v5 for the rest of the game.
Eventually once you get buff enough you can even kill unkillable Garen tanks.

REASONS FOR CHOOSING FLASH/GHOST:
I choose Flash/Ghost for several reasons.
Flash is a very dynamic tool for escaping or engaging.
If someone isn't positioned right for a wall charge, Flash next to them and blow their mind.
I choose Ghost because paired with your W, you can outrun most champions.
