Not Updated For Current Season

Before level 3, he will bully you. Post level 4, you can all in him as long as you didn't die early. Do not believe what some tell you about this being a rough matchup. Just use E whenever he uses his Blinding Dart to both dodge the damage/blind and to engage, then go all in.
Kennen
He's rather squishy, so try to all in him while using E to dodge an ability that would stun you. Watch out for his poke, though.
Aatrox
You wreck him in almost all stages of the game with your W. He may have some late game potential, but if you ever get his passive to pop Post Level 6, you get a free ultimate off on him.
Darius
Though weakened by recent patches, this guy is still rather strong. You cannot really win this lane, but as long as you farm it out, neither can he. Fights will be entirely skill base, although Darius will tend to win anything more than a short trade. W-Q in, auto once for Grasp to proc, and leave with E. make sure to get out of his grab range, or things could get ugly.
Gragas
He just doesn't have a kit enough to survive against you in the top lane. You counter his heal, can potentially dodge his burst or engage, and have much more mobility.
Dr. Mundo
Try to bully him early and dodge his Cleavers, because you probably wont be killing him. You do counter his ultimate and passive a bit, but you are better off just going for someone else later on.
Ekko
Be prepared to be almost out-meta'd. Ekko has been changed recently to scale better and do less base damage, so this matchup isn't as bad as it used to be, but all of his abilities still do the same things. i would call this one of the closest things to a skill matchup. This matchup takes two "mid-laners" and puts them top. As long as you watch for ganks, you should steadily out-damage him, but its not all sunshine and rainbows, since he utilizes several of the same items as you do just about as well. At least your W will lower his ulti healing, and you can chase him should you get the chance. You can also even dodge his stun or slow.
Nautilus
He's SO TANKY. Oh lord, do not expect to burst this guy down anytime soon. You can dodge a number of his abilities, but is he combo's correctly, you may not get the opportunity. Just try to bully him around so that he cannot buy his tank items. Additionally, Bloodrazer can work wonders on this guy.
Jax
Both of you benefited from the new Tri-Force, and he got buffed recently. Try to jump his stun, and always fight while you have your ulti on him. That last one seems like a bit of a no-brainer, but a lot of Jaxs will simply try to run away when you ulti them. He WILL out-splitpush you, so do not let that happen. Also, if he stuns you,
Swain
This man is indeed a menace. You may just be out-Meta'd here. He's so strong at the moment, and you really have to time you E against him. While your constant W damage can indeed reduce his healing, the problem with Swain is now he has an amazing kit for both 1v1 and teamfights. Make sure to focus him in teamfights as well, because he will never die if you do not. Due to recent patches, the build required on him is rather different and he appears more and more often in the midlane, but that does not mean he is a bad top-laner in the slightest, he's just a bit more squishy. I personally do not have the greatest of success in this lane, and I look to make TP plays elsewhere on the map.
Fiora
She has high damage, and can counter your ultimate. Make sure to Dodge her stun a re-position yourself around her passive.
Irelia
She benefited greater than almost any other champ from the Trinity Force changes, and is very strong at the moment. She doesn't really have any abilities other than her ultimate that you can dodge, and while you may win a short trade, her stun will quickly turn that around. An all in with your jungler's assistance is really one of the only ways to beat her at the moment
Jayce
Be warned, fights with this guy may be close, but he is just not strong enough to fight you straight up without his jungler. A good idea is to jump over his ranged Q to initiate and Q to him if he bats you away or through him preemptively to position yourself between him and his way out. Dodging his poke with E is a great advantage you have regardless of your position to initiate as it reduces his poke to just about nothing. Without his Q, this guy's harass is like a slightly better version of Teemo, so do be careful early on.
Riven
With an arsenal of spells to attack you with, its hard to know when to dodge against her. The easy answer is to jump over her ulti, but you may find yourself stunned or knocked up in that time frame by her other abilities. Her stun is almost instant, so jumping over that is pure guesswork, and her Q can be delayed to wait-out your e if the situation is right.
