Introduction
I just wanted to show you what kind of items/runes/masteries I use for Olaf. Didn't focus on the guide itself.
Everything I wrote below this introduction is just basic information that everyone already knows.
Well, first guide, don't flame me :) Thanks for reading it.
Now, the runes...
The flat AD marks are basically there to be able to last hit somewhat easier, but they're not needed if you're already good at it.
Seals... Well, the flat armor is a great addition to the early game vs solo top, and for obtaining the first kill between the 2 players.
The glyphs is MR per level, mainly because they give more late game, and you wont ( probably ) encounter any AP champions early game.
As for the quints, armor pen is extremely useful late game.

As said in the introduction, you might have to change your item build based on your opponents.
For example, if you have to go tanky, exchange the Maw of Malmortius or/and the bloodthirster for something different, force of nature, thornmail or guardian angel.
Or, if you want, you could go with another warmog, instead for the Maw of Malmortius. Due to Olaf's W stack on HP, this isn't a bad choice.

The Q is best to start of with, due to it deals [tons of damage] early game, and it's your only ranged attack. Then moving on to E, which deals true damage ( being the first skill to cap, because it will be more or less useful @ late game ). The last skill you will pick is W, since you probably wont encounter any real fight before level 3, being capped second, after W.
Ghost is amazing with Olaf, due to his ult makes him untouchable ( at least from movement impairing spells, stuns, slows and snares )
As of exhaust, it's the best offensive summoner spell to go with, due to it removes some of the targets armor, magic resist,[Summoner's Wrath] slows, and decreases some of your targets stats.
