The reason i build Rylai's so late is that i believe death cap gives a stronger early game advantage if you are doing good on your lane, therefor you should maximize your damage, and Zhonyas gets u the defensive thats you need in lane, it works so well with pool and even more damage than Rylai's, afterwards AS since the other APs are starting too hurt now, so it's really a choice of prioritizing. Rylai's is good however in early game and i believe in certain situations your way of building is better.

Great job i like the section on how to deal with other lanes, but with your rylai's why not get it before death cap for the slow and the health giving the extra survive ability and ability power (The bonus health gives 12.5+80=92.50) Just my thoughts great job though. Might convince me to play vlad.
