i never really found that swain needs a deathcap that quickly and besides you get a better bonus from it if you get it after the scepter. u go from around ~200-230 AP which is a lot on swain to almost 500. once that happens the only thing that can rly kill you is ignite + getting bursted at the same time if you play right hehe i always considered my way of playing swain really unique but effective.. check out my guide! http://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/build/the-definitive-swain-guide-by-trixie-202686

hello there. good guide overall. just gonna give you some comments disagree with your purchase order. i think mana crystal start is uneccessary as your passive allows you to control that. you should go boots. for your masteries, take off the death timer mastery and put it in for the flash cldwn. nobody said they'd be dying. consider using mobafire's planners for both your runes and mastery chapters. also id say work on your layout. learn to use the float and columns techniques. overall good guide just some adjustments you might wanna change. keep up the good work~ Thank you jhoijhoi, Keondre, LaCorpse, The_Nameless_Bard, Arcana3, Hogopogo, eddie199, Xiaowiriamu, and JEFFY40HANDS for the spectacular sigs!

Downvote for now BUT DON'T GIVE UP. There's very little coding but that is forgiveable since this is your first guide. Read jhoijhoi's guide to making a guide here. I will come back for a re-review after you edit this guide. Generally an OK start |

Going Mana Crystal and 2 HP pots isn't really effective.. You can just go Doran's Ring for additional AP,HP, and some mana regen to help you sustain better early laning phase and even get a first kill. I never ran out of mp during the laning phase. |

Going Mana Cystral with 2 health potions is basically like giving their mid opponent a free kill because mana crystal won't give you any goods because you will only be poking the opponent not going full out ***ult.. |
