The Steps

Smurfing Made Easy

Step 1: Enter Coop vs. Beginner Bots.

Step 2: Pick Ashe. Call Mid. Duo mid is okay.

Step 3: Buy Boots. Walk to Mid. Wait for minions.

Step 4: Attack-move toward the nexus. You will die.
Buy, in order:
Berserker's Greaves
Blade of the Ruined King
Lord Dominik's Regards

Step 5: Repeat Step 4 until you win.

Wait, that's it? Isn't that just running it down mid?

Yes! And no. It may initially seem to just be mindlessly feeding, but this is mitigated by two very important points:

1. Beginner Bots do not use any gold they earn from kills. Their purchase timers are pre-determined. An Annie Bot with 10 kills doesn't have any more items than one with just 3 kills.

2. Ramming your face down the mid lane repeatedly nets multiple kills, without even trying, while progressively destroying the towers. The bots are put on a time limit that they cannot win.

The combination of these two factors means despite dying repeatedly, your teammates will not have a harder time winning the game. Additionally, the constant tower pressure means you remain useful, impacting the bot game in a way that actual afk'ing does not.

This particular setup often earns you a number of "accidental" kills, often more than your more invested compatriots. You can't be punished for not trying very hard, especially if you still do better than everyone else despite the lack of effort.

If the bots start ever get too much of an edge, it becomes simple to intervene momentarily and kill all of them. Beginner bots are extremely easy to kill even when somewhat behind because they spread out their abilities so much. In the 80 or so bot games played this way, I only had to intervene once, acing the fed bots for the team.
Doesn't This Just Take Longer?

Time spent vs. Time SPENT

This method is intended to be the easiest way to level up, not the fastest. You can win a bot game this way with an average attention of about 1 minute total, mostly spent on purchasing items. The main goal is to allow you to multitask while leveling up the account, like an idle game you poke at in the background occasionally. While the ADC is moving toward the enemy nexus, you can watch a movie, play other games, read a book, or finish homework all while the smurf is leveling up.

With that out of the way, it should be noted that the amount of experience netted off of beginner bots remains surprisingly consistent. It drops off sharply after reaching level 30, but that's beyond the initial goal anyway.

Of note is that Intermediate Bots actually do use the money they earn from kills, making this strategy unviable against them.

Personal experience found that games would end at approximately 20 minutes, as the unrelenting force of Ashe smashing their body on the turrets inevitably ends the game.

Roughly, this translates to about 80 experience points per match. The amount is easy to calculate using the information on the wikia since losing a beginner bot match is effectively impossible.

It takes about 37,400 exp to level up to 30. This translates to roughly 460 games to level up to 30, or about 155 hours.

If you have both a Duration Boost and a Win Boost active, you can quicken this process significantly. In total, this grant 370 EXP per win. This reduces the load down to a much more manageable 100 games to level up to 30, or about 33 hours total.

This is without accounting for any first-win bonuses. Note that the overall time to level up to 30 ultimately ends up being roughly the same as if you had played normal matches. However, the main draw of this method is being able to get to the same point with a fraction of the effort required.
Why Ashe? What About Other ADCs?

Ashexcellent Question

There's a number of useful benefits for using Ashe for this.

First, Ashe is the champion most likely to get kills by attack moving to the enemy nexus. When a beginner bot is low, it begins running away. Normally, your champion will then begin chasing that bot to the ends of the earth, which usually just means unceremoniously being killed by the tower. Ashe says no to this, as Frost Shot paired with Approach Velocity prevents the bot from running out of range.

Second, Ashe has great range that makes them more likely to survive longer than other champions while running nonstop down the mid lane. They'll more frequently target minions before running into range of the tower. They also are more likely to stay out of the range of the abilities of opposing bots.

Finally, Ashe is one of the starting champions, so you can save your Blue Essence for more interesting champions.

If you're looking for other options, you may need to invest a bit more of an active effort into getting a few kills at the start of the match. In this case, you want to focus on champions with strong passives that don't require much micromanaging to make effective use of. Miss Fortune is an excellent choice in that regard, alongside Jinx and Teemo.

If you do choose any of these champions, consider swapping out Approach Velocity and Future's Market with Demolish and Conditioning instead. While these champions are less likely to grab accidental kills, this is somewhat made up for by the few extra thousands of damage that Demolish will offer over the course of the match.

Note that melee champions, such as Sion, are not recommended. After trying them out, I found that they habitually just die to the minion wave and ranged bot autoattacks before actually reaching the tower. It was possible to circumvent this with some active intervention, but that kind of defeats the purpose of the whole thing.
Item Set

Started From the Bot

Create Item Set

This build is constructed from a few philosophies.

The early game items need to help secure kills on the bot. It will often try to run away when it's low on health, so having a strong damage output early will prevent it from escaping with its life.

As mid-game approaches, some amount of sustain is necessary to avoid dying to the minion waves. This is when Blade of the Ruined King becomes relevant, ensuring that it is only champions and towers that deal the most damage.

When early game is done and mid-game sustain is handled, tower damage is the name of the game. Regardless of build, Ashe will likely kill any bots in the way. Maximizing tower damage is the final step in being an unrelenting force. The inhib is the real goal; beginner bots can't handle super minion pressure and will fall shortly after.
Runes

The Bot 10%

Press the Attack

Press the Attack is solid at grabbing early kills, even compared to Lethal Tempo. The domination tree doesn't offer enough benefit fast enough for short bot matches.

Overheal

Overheal gives a small benefit over Triumph's marginal benefit

Legend: Alacrity

Alacrity provides an immediate benefit that helps push down towers faster. Bloodline's sustain arrives too late.

Last Stand

Last Stand performed better than Coup de Grace over multiple bot tests.

Approach Velocity

Approach Velocity enables Ashe to secure kills, and is why Inspiration secondary is used.

Future's Market

Future's Market is the rune that requires the least active effort to use.

Attack Damage, Attack Damage, and Armor

Early kills are good. Tower pushing is good.
Tips to Speed Things up

More Effort for Less Effort

If you like to speed things up slightly, there's a few things you can do to close out games just a touch faster.

Kill the Mid Laner Twice: If you don't mind spending a little extra time, netting two early kills on the mid bot can help spiral a lead far out of control, leading to even more consistent kills and tower destruction when you go fully passive.

Use Ignite and Exhaust: Both summoner spells require a very little amount of time to use effectively. Just click them as your champion is running down an opponent for an easy "accidental" kill.

Nudge Ashe Away From Towers: If you notice that Ashe is just about to run headlong into a tower, you can make them pause briefly so the minion wave can enter first. Only a few seconds of effort can go a long way toward adding hundreds of damage onto the tower.

Make Ashe Stop Chasing: There are two main sources of deaths for Ashe: tower damage, and chasing enemy champions under tower while dying to tower damage. If you notice Ashe is fruitlessly about to chase an enemy under the tower, you can send Ashe back to the minion wave to farm up some more.

Send an Ult Down: You're just right-clicking at the enemy nexus anyway, so may as well throw out an occasional global ult for style points and to delay the enemy champion.

Don't Bother With Volley or Hawkshot: The effort-to-time-saved ratio of both abilities is really bad. Ranger's Focus is fine to activate when you can since it's click-and-forget, but the other two abilities require a modicum of thinking that isn't worth it.
Conclusion
This guide was a lot of fun to write, and I hope you all have learned everything you would have liked.
