So this is Lee Sin The Blind Monk. He is a pretty easy champion to play if you get his moves off at the right timing. Alot of people that I have seen dont really play as good. but here is my first build on mobafire and i chose it to be on Lee Sin. So comment what you think :).

For Runes I suggest Armor Penetration Marks and Quitessences , Cool Down Glyphs Reduction and Flat Health Seals. You can also exchange your Armor Penetration Quintessences for Flat Health or even Magic resitance.

For Masteries i take the 21-9-0 tree focusing on cooldown reduction and attack speed witch is very useful early game. This is a very Basic but effective mastery tree.

For items i start off with a cloth armor and 3 health potions, then i get my boots of speed and a wriggles lantern. when i get 1885 gold i get my berserker greaves and a phage and rush frozen mallet. Late game i get a black cleaver, infinty edge and my final item as blood thirster.

HARRASMENT: For harrasing open up with a sonic wave resonating strike, tempest then quickly cripple attack twice then use safe guardto an ally minion or Champion.
RUNNING AWAY: If you are low health and the enemy team is chasing you use safe guard on a allied minion or champion or even use your dragon's rage to get away.
KILLS: Now Lee Sin can do alot of damage if yuor moves are perfectly timed and used. Open up with a sonic wave and resonating strike use tempest and cripple to slow the enemy down then go behind them and use Dragon's Rage to hit them towards your tower, then use safe guard on yourself and iron will this will give you a lifesteal and armor bonus.

Take Ghost and exaust. you can always get flash instead of ghost and ignite instead of exaust.
