over all its a good guide, As of right now I am not voting as i do not agree with AD teemo in anyway, and find thats its a waste of his kit. again overall from what i saw it looks solid, build seems standard and info was accurate enough. so good job on that.

The build was good till you suggested Atma's Impaler and Warmog's Armor.
Those two items should be taken by an offtank like Olaf. Ater Atma's Impaler got nerfed it is not that efficient...
Frozen Mallet is good but last two items can be replaced by a Madred's Bloodrazor or a Guardian Angel.
And you can work a little on the aesthetics!

ok there are some problems with this guide

First of all Runes
Attack speed runes are bad in general
You should be taking armor seals and magic resist per level glyphs

Next is for masteries
You should take the 3 points out of Havoc and put them into mental force
Its MUCH more damage.
Also why the **** do you have 9 points in utility
Like this made me lose hope in this guide not considering the rest of the problems

You take 9 points in defense
Like really the 9 points in utility HAVE GOT to be a joke because the make 100% no sense at all

Items
Malady is a bad item don't get it, ever
Warmog's Armor Plus Atma's Impaler are not what you build on Teemo those are things you build on Garen
Teemo is not Garen
Instead of Those two i would get Madred's Bloodrazor and a Void Staff
They synergize well together.
Oh and instead of Malady, Get Guardian Angel
Thats it Thats all you need to make your Teemo guide epic

Right, atack speed and AP on an AS and AP hero is bad... got it...

How? Your E is on a .4 extra damage ratio. That means that 3 points into mental force won't even give you an extra damage. It will give you like 2 extra damage on your q and 2 extra damage on your R. Once you start hiting over 100 damage havoc becomes vastly supierior. Math time!

Mental force Q+W+E+R=(0+2)+(0+0)+(0+0)+(0+2)=4 extra damage at all levels.

Havoc Q+W+E+R= +1.5 for every 100 damage delt. As you can see, this is WAY better than mentalforce.

Anyways, about the guide... It's really not that indepth, but the build is good. You really need to add some more meat to it. Look at "Get me Teemo over here, with a blow gun" That is what you want your guide to look like. Read "Johi Jhoi's guide to makeing a guide". It's a really really really good thing to read if you are new to mobafire. Basically this site lets you code in images and other fun things that you can use in your guide. So you can do things like:
