You start with "Boot´s of Speed" and 3 Health Potions. After that u go for a "Wriggles Lantern", "Zeal", "Guinsoo´s", "The Black Cleaver" and then finish you´r Boots into "Mercury´s Treads" or "Berserker Greaves". After that you´r Farming is insane. But don´t think you are invincible ( with or without "Undying Rage") cause that´s often lose the game when you get caught like 10 times. So after that you´ll buy a "Last Whisperer" or an "Infinity Edge" (Look at enemie Team, if they have much Armor Items, buy "Last Whisperer" otherwise the "Infinity Edge". Then you sell you´r "Wriggles Lantern" and turn it into a Bloodthirster. Thats All ;-)
