Hecarim benefits much more from Movement speed Quintessences because it scales so well with his entire kit and also allows him to jungle faster.

I use 1/20/9 masteries for Hecarim because the extra mastery points in utility are very unnecessary and the movespeed and tankiness from the defense tree are much more useful and powerful.

Warmog's has no synergy on Hecarim and there are much better items for him. For instance, something that is really wrong with your build is that you don't get CDR at all. Hecarim scales extremely well with CDR.

Getting Frozen Mallet is also unnecessary because 1. You already have Trinity Force and Hecarim's abilities which will already make you able to stick to any targets easily. 2. The slow from Frozen Mallet and Trinity Force do no stack, which means that you will waste some money.

Instead of Warmog's and Frozen Mallet, I would get Shurelia's Reverie and Frozen Heart. Your build lacks Armor and CDR so those items will fix the problem! (Plus, not selling your philo makes it even more useful.)

I hope I helped you ;D

I agree to the build and all, but it isn't eye appealing so most people will probably not read through it.
