The Flying Scorpion
Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
How does one fly a crystaline scorpion?
Skarner is a pokemon. Using the same methods of pikachu glitching from the old games, we can recreate skarner and have him learn fly. You activate all of your move speed buffs and fly to an enemy to ult them then drag them into their doom into your team.
I prefer to jungle skarner myself. Starting krugs with Q you get alot of AS and damage early. Next you claim red then move up to Gromp and blue. Then you just jungle until you need to back. Vampirism keeps you alive nicely aswell as the little bits of tank starts that bonus you early.
How does this build work?
Simple enough really. Wait for a team fight, activate Righteous Glory and Talisman of Ascension with you W and Ghost if you have it. Smite your victim, ult him, and charge him back into your team for an ez kill. Rylais applies a slow each time you Q and stops people from escaping.
How should I team fight this?
Wait for your team to group, activate glory, talisman, ghost. Smite your target and drag them in. Righteous Glory as I am making this guide, has an odd interaction. You gain the move speed by facing the enemy champions with its active bonus. When you ult someone, your are always facing them and gain the speed. Riot Games clearly did not expect this to be a thing and until this gets very popular, will not change any time soon. Once your grabbed target is dealt with focus on pealing for the carries. Your rylais Q and E will keep them in check for your carries to kite around.
