Not Updated For Current Season
This is my first guide that i have ever written so i am open to suggestions. This is not the only way to play Anivia. Its just the way i play her and have success with. Please tell me things to fix and i am open to all suggestions so leave a comment and let me know what you guys think.
The items are pretty standard A.P items. The reason i go hourglass before guardian angel is because Anivia will get focused more than anyone else. That is if you are playing her right. That saves you from being owned in the first few seconds of a team fight. The guardian angel causes the other team to stay on you even longer. After your guardian triggers the team focuses back on you aqain. If they do end up killing you you can get a stun off and maybe support your team for the win. Once they kill you (if they do) you will egg. This will cause them to focus you still. By now if your team has not picked off two or three of them you will most likely not win so you may be able to survive and finish the team fight off. The rest of the items do not need explanation.
If it is a caster heavy team and they are focusing you, you should switch out the hourglass for a banshees veil for the magic resist and the passive.
I choose flash because it saves your *** ALOT. Clarity is mainly for spamming your ultimate and other spells. You should clearly dominate early and mid game with clarity because you are able to spam spells with the combination of clarity and catalyst. Ghost is another good summoner skill to use but i prefer clarity
The rune selection is simple. Quints are for health. Magic pen is standard for early game damage. The MP5 runes are for spamming early and mid game which helps you get fed along with clarity and catalyst.
