information accuracy/cheatsheet viability: 9/10
looks good to me, though I'd personally shove all my mastery points in the defense tree for the first 12 levels to make up for early defensive stats you'd take in runes, then start putting points in offense and such. Once you hit level 20 and buy armor seals (in particular) this can be adjusted. Also, I don't like your rune recommendations, a lot of the options you list are superfluous and can be held off until you have a bigger champion pool. You can pretty much get away with these to make a set of runes for any champion-
Quints:
Greater Quintessence of Movement Speed
Greater Quintessence of Health
Greater Quintessence of Life Steal
( Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage is a possible pick-up as well, but not entirely needed)

Marks:
Greater Mark of Hybrid Penetration (screw magic pen, these are more variable)
Greater Mark of Attack Damage
( Greater Mark of Attack Speed, if you want to jungle a champion who needs them)

seals:
Greater Seal of Armor

glyphs:
Greater Glyph of Magic Resist
( Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist, but only on junglers and top laners)

which I'd recommend at first.

Karma isn't on your champion lists anywhere, which makes me super sad. :(

You get Barrier as a summoner spell at level one, so please don't recommend people take Heal on an ADC. A support could definitely take it though. You also neglect to mention Ignite on supports, which is pretty common now.

looks good enough as it is, but I feel you shouldn't use the mastery coding by itself as it's really confusing for a newer player. At least include pictures of the mastery pages and probably links to pictures of various runepages because that will be a little more intuitive imo.
