I'm going to be honest, your guide needs work. For a start, you have 6 levels your Q and E, which is impossible in game. On a less significant issue, as a suggestion to your build, Karthus doesn't need much mana throughout the game. He already regains a lot through his E, and his Q is very cheap. Therefore, I suggest holding off on your Archangel's Staff till after your Deathcap. The AA upgrade costs just a bit more than a Needlessly Large Rod, but that rod provides significant AP and goes towards making your damage fear inducing.

Well you commented on my guide when it wasn't even completed yet so that wasn't very fair nor did you even try it out. And if you looked i did mention in my guide that some situations might be helpful getting Rabadon's before rylai's but most of the time i have found the CC from rylais can get karth even more kills than the extra AP and allow you a greater chance of staying alive

Good guide :D only thing I have to say is maybe scan through a few times and spell check for errors and in your item section maybe make your items the same size instead of some being bigger than others. Other than those things that dont effect the guide at all, a very good guide--thumbs up from me as im sure you already knew xP
