I would recommend to change the Quints.
Items: Maybe add a spirit visage and change the boots

4 Items fail, Perseverance not good enough for even someone like Mundo, marks you as a amauteur. Quint of gold per sec is useless, 4 gold per 10 sec? Just last hit properly. 1 normal last hit gives at least 20 gold, which is like 50 seconds wait. Very bad descript. Revive has 10 min cooldown, which is roughly 3 times every game.

Don't like rune choice... Just a bad idea.
Ignite is a no mostly if you're tanking...
