Oh, When I meant that it's because I didn't really think about the Item The Hex Core since it varies... and I had no easier way to fix it up... Although After noticing it's name, I'll write it out.

Havent tried it yet but it looks good. Will try it when i get the chance then vote.
Also it buggs the heck out of me when people forget about Ziggs. He is awesome. I think he is sort of a counter because you can't harras him at all If you try his bombs become so easy to hit agaisnt a oppenent running right at him. Anyway his q outranges death ray i think. Max death ray first. Add ziggs to counters. You didnt say you working on him so i did a bunch for you. LOL
Sry i just play ziggs and it buggs me when people forget about him. Sorta like VIktor largely underplayed. Ziggs is played more than viktor though i think...

Yeah, I forgot to write some champions that I was working on but don't worry I highly consider Ziggs, he is one of the heaviest harass out there... and I played a few matches with Viktor against Ziggs and I don't agree that he's a counter... But I will play some more to tell you what I think... I went through the champion list fast so maybe I forgot to write one or two champions there, but don't worry Ziggs will not be forgotten... Thanks...

I think that Viktor is not a very mobile champion has you said, but the guide is preaty good, but one thing, I belive that augment death is the best one because it is the one that scales better into late game it gives 99 ap, and makes your burst better (30% more dmg on your E, that way you get a spell with a 91% scalling)I think that augment power is the worst, Viktor is better has a burst mage, not a tanky dps mage (like swain,vlad,ryze,etc), if for some reason a person does not like augment power, augment gravity is the best option, I also belive that thanks too you W you can escape most ganks, and because viktor has the worst mana regen of all mages, I think that mana regen(flat or per/lvl) are a better option.

Well, I understand what you're trying to say, you made some nice points... But reason I recommend Augment Power is so Viktor can hit and run and since most players don't understand how to use the champion properly and most of the times fail with him... I know that the Augment: Death scales well into late game, but I'd rather have players be safe with the movement speed bonus of Augment: Power than do a bit of damage with Augment: Death and not be able to make it out in team fights.... Since the AP carry is one of the most important roles in the game...

But if you read the guide throughly then you noticed that I never said that the Augment: Death is a bad item, in fact I highly recommend it.
, Yes Viktor has terrible mana regen, but it isn't bad to a point he needs mana regen runes... Although, If you think it fits nicely, go for it, although What u say make sense, I will put the mana regen runes into the "Other runes" section since I'm building that section now...
