As far as the runes are considered, I go with CDR just so that I can spam the abilities faster. Magic Resistance runes are always welcome as they provide good sustainability.
Regarding the second point in HeartSeeker, I do that to inflict damage if enemy comes near and in many scenarios I first get the point in Aegis befor Heartseeker.

I fully agree to you on this and this is the same that I do. If they dont have much magic damage i dont build banhees and if they are building a lot or armor i go with last whisper.

Few things tho. Personally, I would trade in your CDR Glyphs for Magic Reduction. And maybe it's me because i haven't tried this yet but i would use M-M-M-Mantheon's stun before i heart seeker due to many incidences with flash/blink abilities. And for the guide reading area, i would just throw in some colours and more pictures. (:

This build is very similar to the one i use and i know it works quite well.Although i like to swap BV for Frozen mallet if they dont have much ap,and sometimes i swap Yoyo fpr last Wisper depending on the enemies.+1

The AD shown above does not calculate the AD provided by a charged BloodThirster (+40) and it also does not show the AD which you get by Atma's Impaler (2% * 3294) = 66. After your warmogs armor gets charged up you the total AD benefit will be more than 70 from Atma's.
So the total AD will be 110 more that what you are seeing in the table which is around 300 AD.

Also ignite is one of the best summoner spells and can be used to finish off low health enemies. Summoner spells are always player preference and you can use any which suits your play style. Please give me a upvote if you think my explanation is satisfactory.
