Getting some icon's and colour in the text would make it better. I'm also missing the upgrade of you boots. I guess it will be the magic pen boots, but that should be somewhere in the guide

Its a good build,the itens are great.But like other already said,it needs formating.
The guides,imo,should focus on helping new players,so you should try to add more details about howto play with veigar.Add some tips,examples,and some stuff like that. :D
Also,i think that Mejai's Soulstealer is a great item on Veigar(assuming your team is going well).It Gives you a lot of AP at a low price.
Anyway,its a good build.You should only focus on making it look a little more "pretty". xD

It seemed to me that this guide was a wall of text.

It needs to be formatted, Jhoijhoi has a wonderful guide on how to make this guide much prettier.

I suggest putting some champion match-ups, go a little more in-depth in everything and give more reasons to much of your decisions.

Also put up some Pros/Cons. That is a big thing in my book.

Otherwise it's a good...erm.. start to a build :)

Also, pet-peeve of mine... don't say some1. Type out the actual word please.
