Give up on lane... You won't win. You're early game pushing power is super weak. Just cs what you can and go get the Chimes. If you can, then get make the enemy think you went to get chimes and then gang up on her with jungler and your "E".

This is where you're strong. If you've gotten the Shiv and Lich Bane aswell as the Gunblade, you should be able to 1v1 their adc if you get a stun in.

This is where it gets a little hard again... Their adc will out damage you and their tank(s) wont take alot od damage from you. Just focus their damage dealers in team fights and get a stun in whenever possible.
