I could start this guide with the generic this is my first build and all that garbage but im gonna skip traight to the point. if u soraka mid u might occasionally get noise complaints from your neighors because you are screaming wildly at all of the plays you are making, so in this guide im gonna show what through rigorous testing at the expense of many unfortunate souls i have found makes soraka mid an unstoppable monster.

Heres all you need to know about this build. The goal is to sustain, this is very weak early game. if you last to late game you are a near unkillable tank, just land your Q and make enemy carries run in fear.
