Will try this one time, but I highly dislike Singed's limited ability to do anything useful, so I'd rather use Blitzcrank, as he can grab the target. Will give a +1 vote as soon as I try it, which might be like next month.

I have to say I agree with singed/morgana in a lane. I went 2 rounds with a buddy playing morgana and myself playing singed. Was loads of fun having morgana snare them at their turret while I run in and toss them back to her and poof.
