With the new update to LoL, we have to find a new way to play Twitch. You used to be able to get one AS item, then Ambush and Spray and Pray to get your AS up to the game's max. The recent changes have made Spray and Pray an attack damage upgrade instead of attack speed, and have removed a lot of the items a normal Twitch would build for attack speed (Last Whisper being the biggest one).

With this being the case, I think it is more important to get some AS in as runes than dodge or magic defense. Also, I was getting to like the boots of mobility for ganking purposes, but now the need for attack speed greatly outweighs this. Phantom Dancer has been nerfed as well, removing the dodge component, thus making it a very expensive item with little redeeming factors.

My items are pretty standard for Twitch with an emphasis on attack damage and attack speed. I'd start with the Executioner's Calling and the Boots, then start working on Bloodrazor. This should help you with lane killing, some much needed life steal to help survive, and some always important critical strikes. After those three, the next two high damage standbys apply, Infinite Edge and Black Cleaver. The last item is more up to the player. If you want to be able to gank better, you can't go wrong with the Frozen Mallet. But, this could also be used to up your defense a bit if you're finding yourself with a big bulls-eye painted on your back. Up to the player, but I think it's pretty clear that Twitch now needs a massive amount of AS to be used like he always was.
