First build done but its usually what i go when i play AD Sion. Ignite is just personal preference feel free to replace but i feel that exhaust can turn into a necessity late and even early game for kills. Depending on your play style you may choose to get Gaze first for an attempt at an early gank, I like to build Enrage first personally to jump start the boost on Sion's HP that this build will heavily rely on later. Combining Enrange and Death's Caress is the perfect way to farm entire minion waves, which will send your health sky rocketting so fast not even you will understand what's going on! Most people like to build Warmog's with AD Sion to partner with Atma's Impaler's Unique Passive, but if you are good enough at using your Death's Caress and Enrage you should have no problem getting up to 4000+ health (Depending on the length of your game). With the replacement of Warmog's with Hexdrinker you essentially get a cheap, easy to build dmg/magic resist item that can be game changing if you happen to get in a game against a fully stacked AP team (i've been seeing alot lately). So in essence, your (basicially)passive will act as your Warmog's as you add to your barrage the ability to tank what could be a kill with almost no magic resitance built. Again, first build ever so not sure how to do the little picture things but it isn't important. Try it out, let me know how it works for you.

To translate how Sion's Enrage will effect your stats compared to what you see here

At an average of 160 minion kills, in a 25 minute game, 32 minion kills per 5 minions assuming you build your enrage early your looking at anywhere between 200-600+ extra health depending on how fast you build Enrage and how much you farm minions. 3.5kish health plus without a warmogs armor...so, 3.5k health multiplied by 2% extra 70 attack power and the extra 65 passive attack damage from Enrage, I'll let your scores speak for themselves.

Please if you DO try it out, post your scores i'd like to see how everyone else does with it.
