Except that Muramana is useless on ADC Nidalee. Note that it is not usually built on AD Nidalee top. The reason is because Nidalee is NOT an AD caster. Of all her seven skills, only Takedown has an AD scaling.
This is a fairly inaccurate post. Muramana is a decent item on Nidalee regardless of the AD scaling. The main reason Muramana is so weak is because it only applies to single target abilities and her only one is Takedown. It still applies to auto-attacks so in this circumstance is would be decently effective, as you are playing Nidalee as an ADC. The problem with it in this build is the lack of mana to increase the effectiveness of the passive.
However your items, like our buddy Laggermeister says, are pretty wrong.
First point: Takedown is a powerful combo with Trinity Force/ Iceborn Gauntlet one time its amplify its bonuses (same to crit) and you don't mentioned no one of that's items. Note that Iceborn Gauntlet is also a very powerful combo with Muramana as well.
Second point: AS. One time you have enough AS from Primal Surge and you is an "AD Caster", your damage will come from your skills and Muramana+ Trinity Force/ Iceborn Gauntlet, there is no reason to make a single item of AS like you put Blade of the Ruined King or Berserker's Greaves as well, preferring Flat damage like Black Cleaver.
Third Point: As our buddy says, Primal Surge must be maxed at first. It gives you a lot of sustain and steroid that may be combo with a Taric, for ex, to make a full sustain lane.
Forth point: Your guide is poorly worked, missing lot of sections. It appears a Nida FW guide.
Sorry but i need to give a -1 to you
In any case there are a number of glaring issues with this guide
1. Primal Surge should be maxed first for AD Nidalee it provides sustain and an attack speed steroid which far more effective than the damage provided by Javelin Toss
2. Muramana/ Manamune is only effective if you have another source of mana. Because you don't, it won't scale well into late, even if it's easy to get stacks on Tear of the Goddess it isn't worth it. If you still love this item, I'd point you in the direction of adding Iceborn Gauntlet to your list.
3. Your damage items are pretty poor. You have Bloodthirster and Blade of the Ruined King in the same build which is a pretty bad idea. Mixing percentage based damage with flat line damage is generally bad. Since Nidalee's only AD scaling is from Takedown I'd suggest going with Blade of the Ruined King over Bloodthirster. It also have good synergy with Takedown's damage amplification (deals more dmg off % health missing)
Additionally, you have Infinity Edge in your build with absolutely no crit. Infinity Edge alone provides 25% crit, but it's not worth spending nearly 4k on an item for 75 AD 25% crit chance and a passive that will only be effectively, theoretically, in 1 of 4 hits. In this circumstance because you build no crit it would be better to go with Bloodthirster over Infinity Edge. But I suggest just adding crit to your build. Replace Bloodthirster with Statikk Shiv or Phantom Dancer to make Infinity Edge a worthwhile purchase.
I'd also recommend making Last Whisper core. It's extremely effective on her if you're building Glasscannon AD.
you might want to add more items to your defensive section. Consider Warmog's Armor as well as Randuin's Omen as alternatives to Guardian Angel because GA is pretty weak item right now.
4. I'd probably also suggest adding more detail to your guide, it's very short and doesn't really tell you anything about playing AD Nidalee other than Rune/Mastery/ and Item choice.
There are plenty of good guides on the site that can give you examples on how to design a guide or what content to add. Like one thing you might consider adding is 'support section' explaining which supports work best with AD Nidalee or maybe a section explaining which AD's nidalee does well against and which she does poorly. Just an idea, you don't have to use it.
I'm not trying to promote my guide, but if you're looking for insight on items, skill sequence, or whatever, I have a Bruiser Nidalee guide, however it's more for a tanky top lane Nidalee than a bottom lane AD nidalee. It can give you some insight on what you might want to add or might be able to answer some questions for you.
All in all this guide can still be salvaged
That's because it's not strong enough for meta. Manamune should not be there and Iceborn is probably going to be core.
First time I've seen a legit insightful comment from you, Lagger xD Feel like you deserve +rep
Nidalee ADC isn't really new meta. I'd go with Doran's instead of Long Sword. Don't max Spear on AD Nidalee. Take the Quint info out of spoilers. Your BB Code for Beserk's is broken.
