Try to land a taunt on your enemy if he turrets dives or pushes you behind your minions for turret/minion aggro, this technique will help you pick up easy kills :)

Heal off your minions with vorpal blade for max sustain, and poke enemy with q whenever you have the chance while staying behind your minions. This combination of sustain and harass will begin to annoy your enemy as you will begin to outlane him.

Even if you are outlaning your enemy and or have more lvls/kills on them you gotta know when to recall and purchasing essential items to survive lane as your enemy will evertime he dies or recalls. Take note playing agressive and pushing tower extremely early can draw attention to yourself. Keep your jungler close.
