2: Use your Courage BEFORE being attacked, or while under a tower, not after the damage has already been done.
3: Your Decisive Strike silences, so use it to cancel channeled abilities, such as Janna/Nunu's ult.
4: Your Demacian Justice is a finisher that scales with health. This means that if you see someone that is tanky, but without Magic Resist, this usually means your Demacian Justice will take them out if they have around 15% health left.
5: I say rush Spirit Visage because of the massive health regen in lane. (this is situational)
