Introduction
This guide gives you the best of both worlds. Your tanky and slippery enough to survive most fights, without loosing Wukongs amazing damage dealing potential. If you follow the guide correctly i can pretty much grantee you will come out well ahead in your kill to death ratio.

I'll try to update this from time to time too.
"ah these people, they log in to lol, everythings fine, everythings good; then they wake up and a monkey's clubbing them to death" - Master Yi after a particularly good game.
Pros
Great damage dealing capability
Decoy lets you escape enemies with ease, or allows you to sneak up on targets unnoticed
Surprisingly fast and nimble with great assassin capabilities (Decoy, nimbus, flash)
Tanky late game
Cons
Needs to be fed and watered to grow up big and strong
passive is basically useless
Has a hard time taking on fed tanks. (but come on, who doesn't)
Thats it, Go out and buy him. Do it, do it NOOUUUWWW

Core Items
My core items are pretty much set with boots of swiftness, trinity, and thornmail.
Trinity is a must have, regardless of the situation.
Boots of Swiftness lets you out run pretty much anyone (especially when combined with trinity). If ever you get into trouble just throw down a decoy, then relax and watch your would-be pursuers eat your monkey dust.
Thornmail is great against those pesky fast melee guys (master Yi), and will also let you go toe to toe with almost all dp (damage per second) champions.
Prefered Items
Infinity Edge - By the time you get around to buying this in my build the game will be almost over, Infinity is the best short term investment, as bloodthirster takes time to build. This gives you a straightforward damage increase, great against all enemies.
Bloodrazor - makes you a surprisingly good anti-tank. If the other team is really staking up the health i'll buy two of them and just go to town.
Stuational Items
Force of Nature - If ap (ability power) champions are growing too powerful. Force also provides you with a lovely speed increase.
Mercury treads - If the other team is SUPER heavy CC. even then i don't really like it that much, as you can still escape almost all sticky cc spots with a decoy/flash combination.
Oracle's Elixir - This can actually be pretty essential if your playing against a good stealth character such as twich or teemo. I usually buy it between getting phage and zeal, or zeal and sheen, if I see the other team's stealth starting to dominate.
Ionic Spark - Huge help with farming, and also gives you a small dp boost. On the other hand it seriously delays your trinity and I have never found it as useful late game
