The farming phase will be vital for this build. It's when you establish your posession of the lane, after all. You will need to stay focused enough on last hitting but ALWAYS keeping your opponent poked with at least an AA, applying poison and keeping them out of their comfort zone. That will deny them of a successful farming, that in most cases will keep you on top of your game.
Try not to overpush, and always keep shrooms on the bushes and the river entrance, so you can move around secure enough that you'll be able to escape a gank.
