Hello, everybody! These are my first recorded builds and since I had such success with them, I figured I'd share them with the MobaFire community. The first build is a damage build, designed to burst the enemies down REALLY quickly. The second is an off-tank build which I created when I was forced to act as my team's tank, but was already locked in, so couldn't switch to my usually tank, Shen. Limitations generate creativity.

I will divide this guide into two sections, one for the Burster and one for the Tank.

In the Plague Jungles, Kong ruled as king. He could wield a unique, natural form of magic and he was driven by zealous ambition. The Plague Jungles were the ideal setting for fostering his growth - he thrived on challenges and flourished in adversity. However, when he had surmounted every obstacle and defeated every opponent, he grew restless. Worried that there was nothing left to overcome, he sought counsel with the monkey sage who lived behind the Grand Waterfall. The sage told him a tale of hairless monkeys to the north who, with wits and strength, bent the world to their will. Kong was overjoyed at the prospect of such worthy competition, and he immediately set out to the north, hoping that the sage's story was true.

Traveling north, he crossed the Southern Wastes and then the Great Barrier. Unaware of the League, he arrived outside the Institute of War where he found Master Yi in meditation. Kong was eager to test the strength of these northern warriors, so he challenged Yi to a duel. Intrigued by Kong, Yi decided to humor him. Within moments of his first strike, Kong knew he was no match for Yi. To be the best, he would need a mentor. He asked Yi to take him as a pupil and to show him the wonders of the northern lands. In return, he would honor Yi by becoming the greatest warrior Runeterra had ever seen. Admiring his passion, Yi agreed, but only under the condition that Kong would one day teach the lessons of Wuju to a pupil of his own. In the spirit of this agreement, he renamed Kong ''Wukong'', and gave him a weapon suited to his unusual nature - an enchanted staff that the young Doran had crafted. The weapon was an unrivalled masterpiece. After rigorous training, Wukong joined the League of Legends to fulfill his promise and show the world the true power of Wuju.

Burster

Marks: I use regular Armor Pen. Marks. These plus you Q, Crushing Blow, can blow through the majority of your opponents armor.

Seals: Armor seals are here just because they are the seals with the greatest benefits, even though they don't directly relate to the bursting damage.

Glyphs: Glyphs of Focus let you engage with Decoy as well as escape with it(if needed). You could also use flat Magic Resistance glyphs.

Quints: With these plus the Marks you'll have around 25 armor pen from level 1. This really helps with your early game. Add Ignite and you got yourself Firstblood.

Tank

The Tank build is similar to the Burster in terms of runes except the CDR glyphs and replaced with Magic Resistance glyphs.

Burster

With this build I went with 9/21/0. This gives you lots of sustain in lane, while also giving you even more Armor Penetration for early game destruction. Getting the bonus to Ignite helps get Firstblood as well as adding lots of bonus burst to your combo. I also got bonus damage and returned damage to minions for good laning.

Tank

With the tank I went with 0/21/9. The 21 in defense is standard tank stuff. The utility gets Good Hands and Improved Recall so you can spends less time wasting time. The more you can help your team, the better. This goes for all builds, but it's especially important for tanks.

Flash: Flash is pretty much a fantastic skill around. Great for escaping, chasing, and jumping walls(especially in 3v3).

Ignite: Helps with first blood and finishing people off. No more Kill Steals! YAY!

Ghost: Another excellent chasing/ escaping skill.

Exhaust: Helps with 1v1 and catching up to enemies.

Teleport: Better than Flash in 5v5 since it's such a big map. It's most a matter of personal preferences.

Cleanse: This one is good because of Wukong's lack of CC protection.

Heal: Heal can be used for early game sustain, but loses its benefits as the game goes on.

Most of the other skills are either better left to other people or just aren't very good.

Wukong has one combo which, depending on how fed you are, can absolutely annihilate almost any carry. Nimbus Strike in, use Crushing Blow to reset your attack timer, then finish them with a few autoattacks or Ignite. To initiate your fight, you can use Decoy as you approach. They will hopefully unload on your copy, leaving themselves defenseless to your combo. Normally you want to save Cyclone for fights against multiple opponents or full on team fights.

The Tank takes the same skill route as the Burster.

Burster

This item set is optimal for extreme burst damage. They give you incredible attack damage, which both Nimbus Strike and Crushing Blow scale with. With bonus attack speed, you can also put up a fight without even needing your abilities. Quick Silver Sash provides a much needed defense against Wukong's lack of defense against stuns. QSS can be gotten earlier in the game, depending on the opponents amount of CC.

Tank

This build helps you stay alive, while still applying enough damage that people can't safely ignore you completely. For your sixth item, you have an option. If the enemy is heavy on AP or AD, get MR or Armor respectively. If you feel you're being ignored or just have enough sustain, you can go with a offensive weapon of your choice.

This build is very fun to play and if you're wondering which champ to buy, Wukong is definitely the most fun one I've ever played! As I said before this is my first build and guide so all feed back is welcome! Please rate and comment!
