Well..

Since its my first build it may be a little simple.. but i'll update when i have time for it..
if you think something is missing plz comment and tell me what and ill make sure to update the build (:

The AP will be a lot higher than the build says.. in best case with 20 stacks on your Mejai's Soulstealer and without the Banshee's veilthe stats should be a little like this..

Stats:
HP: 1820
Mana: 3000 ca.
AD: 106
MS: 397
MP Regen Pr 5: 221
AP: 810+
Spell Pen: 20|40%
Cooldown Reduction: 40%

Btw. im sorry if there's some spelling error's or other kind of mistakes in the Build.. as i sayd before its first time i try this (:

Items

Well the Banshee's veil is an emergency item i think.. if the game doesnt go so well you should think about getting a Catalyst the Protecter Catalyst the Protector before you get the Archangel's Staff and then getting the Banshee's veil right after.. and if the game goes well.. yearh dont buy it..

you can also change out the Mejai's Soulstealer out with a Haunting Guise

Summoner Spells

Well i chose flash because its allways nice to be able to flash through a wall and run away if your getting attacked..

Ignite is always good to have and if you combine it with Malefic Visions

Ghost is a good replacement if you dont like Flash because its good running and chasing people with. I just like flash better but feel free too use it (:

i dont realy think the rest of the summoner spells is usefull as Malzahar but its you choice.

Masteries

Well.. i usually dont go too much after the neutral monster buffs so toke some experience gain per. level.. but if you like running around with the blue buff i recommend you taking the Utility Mastery instead..
