Well me and Evelynn Go waaay back when she was the troll champ,there I used to own people as her and people wondered why. So after the remake Riot had just made Evelynn even better, and at that time I started mastering Eve. You see many people fail as her as a mid lane champ, because they dont use her passive properly, so i decided to make a guide to show that Akali,Kat,Fizz and Diana arent the only good melee mids out there.

So Currently Evelynn is my most played champion in ranked,and I have gone positive almost all my games. So first of all what matters is using your passive and I know this sounds stupid but farm like a support and play like a carry. You see support gain xp from their ADC's and the same is here with towers, you stay out of vision and get xp from your tower. When the enemy is pushing like they dont know your here use your dark frenzy and start your attacking with Ravage, make sure that you are using your hate spike constantly and when your opponent is getting you low, and you are low run to the nearest bush, flash back in Ravage and Hate Spike for 1st blood. WHen your flash is gone use your passive to your advantage to hunt them down.

So the the AP is really basic, I use it for all my mid lanes and such. The AP that you receive will help you deal a fair amount of damage even though starting with boots, and the magic pen helps you take down tanks with ease. The mana regen is there because to keep you in lane even longer. So yea the runes are really basic.

Hate Spikes can hit those who choose to chase you

Can Be really Squishy

In teamfights can be focused down easily

The Masteries are like the runes, really simple the Ap things are basic Mid Lane Masteries and the Utily is just what I like to do on her, if it fits you better use defence masteries.

I start with boots so I could maintain a nice distance from my opponents so they cannot see me. Then I get the two Dorans Rings in order to grab the health, Ap and mana. The Rabadons is Simple, to deal tons of damage and the Wraith is because of the CD and the Spell Wamp and the Torment for the Magic pen and the AoE, The Rylais so i could slow my enemies with my abilities and also give me durability. The guardian angel is to keep me alive longer so i could burst the hell out of the enemy

One Important thing is, always go in after the Tank. Never Initiate first and make sure your not ZONED as long as none of that happens in teamfights you will be fine. To save an ally dont hesitate to use your ult because that will give you a damage shield which then you can use to finish off the person chasing your ally. Just as i said use your ravage to grab that spell wamp and spam your hate spike to get the kill.

I like to take Flash and Ignite for Eve, as I said on the Ranked plays helps get first blood and and sets you ahead. Also handy on escapes
