I don't use Iceborn Gauntlett on Ashe. She already has a built in AOE slow. with the CDR on her volley, she already has a spammable AOE slow. I reserve the extra space for Zephyr, because Ashe's attack speed is crippled by her need for specialized boots. She has to buy boots that counter the enemy team's composition: either the CDR boots or the white boots that reduce enemy slows, so that she doesn't get engaged on as easily. For example, Aatrox has a long-range slow, and Singed has an AOE slow that gives him a good engage on the enemy. With the white boots, Ashe has a chance to outrun him and kite him.
