Runes

i have mainly magic penetratioin and mana regen but for the Quints you can choose between the extra health for early game, Magic Pen, or the extra early game ability power. the mana regen allows you to last longer before recalling.

The common casters 9/0/21 for extra magic penetration, Mana Regen, cooldown Reduction, ability poower, buffs, and summoner spell cooldown reduction.

Skills

the starting Skill depends on whether you will be soloing on top lane or laning with a partner on bottom. if you are soloing start with drain than dark wind, but if you will be laning start with dark wind. Use it when the two enemy champs are close together with little or no minions around for good ddamage as well as continual silence. always gank in this sequence Crowstorm(if it is ready and preferably started from a bush)--->Darkwind for silence--->Terrify to give you that extra bit of time for drain--->Drain to finish of the champ as well as heal your self. You can even delay the terrify and drain till later when the enemy thinks they have you but you stael their health to heal yourself.

Items

Basiaclly this build gives you a little extra early game gold as well as cooldown reduction, which is a must for fiddle. He is very mana dependant which is why hes is a weak farmer due to the cost of dark Wind. the cooldown reduction allows continual drain (about a 4.32 second cooldown time) which kills the dragon quickly. And of cousre an archangels staff for that extra late game mana so you can go forever without recalling. And the basic ability Pwer items, and the Amazing active of Deathfire Grasp.

Summoner Spells

I often use Ghost and Exhaust on all Champs and fiddle is no different. The exhaust can slow an enemy enough to drain a little more health to kill him, or keep him in th radius of crowstorm. Ghost can be used to catch an enemy then terrify him, then drain him, or can be used right after Crowstorm to again, to keep the enemy in the radius of Crowstorm. Possibilities Are flash to escape or chase, and ignite for that extra bit of damage.
