This is my Final Build for fantastic Twitch!
Its pretty inspired from Solomid.net
First of all, the Runes and Masteries are an personally Choice, its just a kind of an Proposal
And it works fine for me and i want to Share it with you!

Its not well for Laning Twitch, you have to Gank much and Watch out for Enemys

I think not everybody of you know what a Roamer is or what he have to do.

A Roamer is simple a Champ who Gank VERY often.
There are just a few Champs who are good Roamers (Gankers):
Twitch, Shaco, Evelynn, Alistar, Irelia, Warwick etc.

They are kind of Carrys, you Carry youre Team to the Win.

If any Lane have a Problem, you Gank. If youre a good Roamer, its everytime an successful Gank.
So you get a Kill/Assist and the Lane can be pushed or your Team Partner can Farm.

Roamers are Kind of Junglers, you just dont farm in the Jungle, you Farm on youre Lane.

Advantages:

- Good Farm anyway
- Stealth
- Ranged
- If get a few kills, insane Damage
- Good Pusher with Good Escape

Disadvantages:

- So damn Squishy early
- Requires good Team Partners
- Hard as Hell to play
- Can be countered easily

Twitch's attacks infect the target with Deadly Venom, which deals 2.5 / 5 / 7.5 / 10 true damage each second, stacks up to 6 times and lasts up to 6 seconds.

This is youre passive, its good for last hit and works similar like Ignite. It simply saves a Kill and works fine with your other Skills. And it cant be canceled by Cleanse.


Twitch hides in the shadows, waiting for a nearby enemy. If he attacks, he will gain bonus attack speed.
After 1.25 seconds, Twitch becomes stealthed for 10/20/30/40/50 seconds. If Twitch attacks a unit while Stealthed, he gains 30/40/50/60/70% attack speed for up to 10 seconds, depending on how long he was stealthed before attacking.

This is your bread and butter Gank skill. On beginning, use it to see where youre Enemys are, or to gank the Jungler for First Blood.
And yeah, you are stealth, you have to get a good position to Gank and to watch out for Oracle's Elixir. You gain bonus Attack Speed if you use it, simply a perfekt Gank Skill.


Infects all nearby champions with Debilitating Poison, slowing their movement speed.
Slows nearby enemy champions' move speed by 30%, plus 6% per Deadly Venom they have.
2/2.6/3.2/3.8/4.4 second duration.

One of the best slows in the Game. It synergized with your passive, so try to hit your opponents as often as possible with Auto attacks and than use it. Its a crazy Aoe (Area Of Effect) slow, good for Teamfights and with it, your Ganks are successful.

Expunge
All nearby enemies secrete Twitch's toxic venoms from their bodies, dealing damage for each stack.
Deals 30/60/90/120/150 (+1) magic damage to each nearby poisoned enemy, plus 20/30/40/50/60 additional damage per stack of Deadly Venom applied to them.

Your perfekt Last-Hit skill for Enemy Champions. Try to max it fast and to hit them as often as possible with youre Auto attacks, than it deals Insane Damage. It has a big Range, so if they try to run (Like they use Flash or Ghost), use it!


Twitch closes his eyes and fires his crossbow, spraying powerful piercing arrows ahead of him.
Twitch's attacks become long range, passing through units, and he gains 15/25/35 Attack Damage.
Lasts 12 seconds or 5/6/7 attacks


So, this is youre Team - Fight - Iniating - Skill. Always use it if you have it ready for Ganking. It works perfekt with your passive and so with your W and E, too! With this Ulti, i get one Time a Penta kill. And it synergized good with Lifesteal.

So, just how i said, Runes are an personally Choice
I just like to use that Runes, because it gives you good sustainability on Lane and for Ganking
The extra Damage from the Quintessence are perfekt for early Farming.
So, its like this:

9x Greater Mark of Desolation Good for Enemys with high Armor (Works perfekt with Last Whisper and Black Cleaver)

9x Good Against the Enemy Ad Carry

9x Good against the Enemy Ap Carry, if you gank Mid

3x Good for early Farming and more Damage

Yeah, i just LOVE the new Masteries! I think they´re Ok like this, and you can use the full potential and Power of them. It works perfekt with Twitch, Ashe, Vayne, Kog'Maw etc. Standart Ad Carry Masteries.

Now it gets Interesing
As i have already explained, you are a Roamer, so you need to get them Down Fast and than Escape.

Start Items:

Both Paths are Ok, but i like to start with Doran's Blade, because you get Life, Damage and a bit Lifesteal. Take Doran's Blade if you want to Farm at the Beginning.

If they have strong Harass Champions, take Boots and 3x Health Potion, for longer sustainability.

Core Items:

These are pretty much youre Core Items. If you have them already, your Damage is becoming sick. So, you can exchange Mobility Boots to Berserker's Greaves for more Attack Speed. You also can buy Mercury's Treads, if they have too much CC´s.

Why Wriggle's Lantern? Because it gives you all you need! Damage, Armor and Lifesteal. No matter how much this Item is nerved, its still OP. And it increased a Ward, for more Map control.

Mid to Late Game Items:

These Items are just for more Sustainability, Damage and good for Teamfights.
The slow from Frozen Mallet works perfekt with your Venom Cask, they cant Escape anymore. From now youre a crazy Assasin.

I think you should play a bit defensive, because in Endgame its all about Teamfights.
So here are some Suggestions:

Against Heavy Ap

Wit's End works good with your Deadly Venom and Banshee's Veil is good for Lategame

Against Heavy Ad:

Standart anti Ad Items

Luxury Items:

If the Game becoming very Long and balanced, sell your Doran's Blade and buy Infinity Edge. Now your Critical Strikes becoming VERY strong.
Than sell your Wriggle's Lantern and buy whatever you want.

Other Viable items:

VERY IMPORTANT:

Now, if you becoming to fed, and they begin to Stack Armor, build your Last Whisper.
With your Runes, Black Cleaver and Last Whisper, theyre Armor should be no problem.

So, many of you just want mooooaaaaarrr and crazy Damage, here are some Suggestions:

Standart Carry Build:

Summoner Spells are an personally choice, so just take which you want.
I just try to explain why i use mine.



My favourite Spells, Flash and youre Ambush are perfekt to escape or to Gank.
Ignite works perfekt with your Deadly Venom and should secure you First Blood.

Now let's Summarize!

The Good:

They are the best Spells you can use, just perfekt.

The Bad:

You can use them, but theyre not a really good Choice.

The Ugly:

They are just, wrong! Dont use them, they really suck for Twitch!

So, you have to know the Right Positioning to secure a Kill and dont get Owned.

Always start with Ambush
Try to get behind the opponent, and Ping if you want to start to own Them.




So, now activate your Spray and Pray
And its simply perfekt if there are a few enemy Minions if you already have Lifesteal, it Heals yourself. Now just Auto attack.





Normally, they try to run away. But you have placed your Deadly Venom on them. If they have to much Health, activate your Venom Cask





If they have less Health, and you have much stacks of Deadly Venom, activate your Expunge to Last Hit them.

I hear it so often
"Dont take Twitch! He sucks in Teamplay"

They're just wrong. If you have any good CC Champ in youre Team, its GG.

Good Partners:

Master of CC, Good Lane Partner and Good in Teamfights
Aoe Stun, Normal Stun -> Freaking Awesome in Combination with your Spray and Pray
Slow and Silence, thats OK
Stun Stun Stun, one of the your best Lane Partners.
Dat Slow!
Good Slow and the Ulti works fine in Teamfights. Sadly she´s a bit nerved..
Stun & Slow, but a bit Squishy.
His Stun is usefull in Teamfights, just Rocks.
Nahh, hes good but his Ulti can be canceled
I Love her! With her Dark Binding and her Soul Shackles shes just a Biest!
Dat Taunt! Epic one
A good Lane Partner, too! His stun is amazing.
Shes one of the best Partners with Twitch with her Ultimate.

Now u see, there are so many Champs who can be played nice with Twitch and make him useful!

Dam Daam Daaam
Your biggest Enemy!

What can you do against that?
Just be careful, they're mostly used if they start Teamfights.

Step 1: Say your Team Partners that they should Focus that one with Oracle's Elixir.

Step 2: Wait till they're Team split and watch out for that one with Oracle's Elixir, now you have to get in a Bush or Hide in the Fog of War and wait for them. Its good if anybody helps you.

Mostly they are pissed off if you focus them, so they wont buy another.
And in Ranked play the Supporter buy Oracle
(Support = Free Kill)

But if the Tank take Oracle's Elixir just get the Help of one of youre Team Partners.

Its really fun if they get mad ;)
