This build is really interesting man! I like the combination of cooldown redux and magic pen. If I could suggest, though.. I don't think is a great pick after you pick up 40 magic penetration from items already. You should pick instead to boost your survivability, in my opinion. Since you don't have much until you get and . The scores are pretty impressive man!

I love the explanation of how to use him. I've tried the build 3 times and Ive done good - not as good as yours but still better then I have before. (level 14) so dont have all the runes or masteries, but it works wonderfully. Thanks :)
